should be the real headline for all this silly controversy circling Lars von Trier's press conference for his new movie Melancholia at Cannes. Admit it, when you watch this video, you're really looking at her the whole time, right?
Anyway apparently people aren't even allowed to reveal that the thought has crossed their mind that Hitler was actually a real person too, with real flesh-and-blood feelings worthy of discussion. Of course the world's way too black and white for someone to even try to understand what goes on in the mind of someone like that. More importantly, who the fuck cares what Lars von Trier says? He's Lars von Trier. Shut up and watch the movie.

I brought a group of Norwegian students on a campus tour today and one of the girls really reminded me of a young Kirsten Dunst but she was Icelandic and she was a red-head with blue eyes. Really Mary-Jane like. And the trailer is quite epic- all these apocalyptic movies this summer (the other night I dreamt that Brad Pitt told me to go and see his film 'The Tree of Life')
