the first night

First day of school! First one to embark on the new life, so first one to blog about something that doesn't involve multimedia. heh. So my first ever class in law was tonight, and it was Criminal Law. My prof is pretty awesome, he's 29 and damn funny. The people in class are pretty nice too, quite a few LKC people there that I knew beforehand so it wasn't very awkward (: Oh and Kelly, so was Nat Pereira's brother! It's scary, they look so much alike.

Anyway I may shoot myself in the foot for saying this in a couple of months when the workload (irregardless of where I end up) piles up, but I really really enjoyed myself at lesson today (: It was super interesting! We talked about the concept of criminal law - what constitutes as a crime, what purpose does crim law serve, why do we punish (so GP!). FYI for our written assignment we gotta do a 2000 word essay ala critcomm, but in groups of five. That works out to 400 words per person? This is why TSD should be a PhD subject.

Anyway it's back to the books to prepare for my next lesson, and to sleep early before THE DRIVING TEST TOMORROW ARGH ARGH ARGH ARGH ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
