Noah and the Whale are an indie folk band from Twickenham, London, England. They sound something in between Belle & Sebastian and Neutral Milk Hotel.
They released an album titled "The First Days of Spring" sometime this year. It is also a film! See the trailer below. The background song is "Blue Skies", which is one of my favourites from the album.
