Mmm. I dunno... I think I have to stand up for Roald Dahl here. I think his pacing is brilliant and the.. lack of explanation in this story made me feel a little cheated. Unless I missed something? (very possible)

ie makes you think its some festival. BUT ITS NOT. and yeah kelly, its really confusing at first but when you go back and reread it knowing the end, it all makes sense. although i probably did go a little far in debunking roald dahl's throne heh
