the Walking Dead

I forgot to tell you guys that we had a firing squad here at UCLA the other day. Oh my god, bad taste, just kidding. It was a tomato fight at our local art museum. They went at it for half an hour; I've never seen that many tomatoes in one place before.

In other news Carey Mulligan is the new Daisy in Baz Luhrmann's new Gatsby. She won the role over ScarJo and Blake Lively. Hmmm... I'm on the fence. She's such a great actress, but her whole schtick (and her face) seems wrong for that character - warm and empathetic where Daisy is cold and superficial. But brittle and frail, Carey can definitely do, so maybe it'll be amazing. I myself will always see Mia Farrow as Daisy but if forced to pick someone now I'd go with Sienna Miller. Somewhat vapid, pretty in that almost cheap kind of way... and then Keira for Jordan of course.

Thirdly, let's throw a party in December to celebrate our collective 20th birthdays! The end of 2 decades on earth! I'm totally serious it'll be amazing we'll have costumes and games and music and tomatoes and everything.
